Special upgrades :
The OmaNMooN Chat operators between Rank 1 and Rank 18 who are entering the chat for more time will get upgrades automatically by our special AUTOMATIC UPGRADE SYSTEM monthly. The System calculates the chat time of the operators and will upgrade the operator when they reach the time with respect to time required for their ranks for each month Operators can see their upgrade status through the OP Time. After the time reach the time of upgrading the system will automatically upgraded that nick to ONE MORE RANK.

Rank 1 to Rank 2	1 hour monthly
Rank 2 to Rank 10	2 hours monthly
Rank 10 to Rank 15	4 hours monthly
Rank 15 to Rank 16	15 hours monthly
Rank 16 to Rank 17	20 hours monthly
Rank 17 to Rank 18	25 hours monthly
Rank 19 and above	There is no automatic system upgrade for Rank 19 and above. Their upgrades will be decided by the OmaNMooN UPGRADE Admins.

Downgrade System
The OmaNMooN has introduced AUTOMATIC DOWNGRADE SYSTEM which follows the system given below:

Rank	Eligibility
Rank 2 to Rank 14	NO AUTOMATIC DOWNGRADE
Rank 15 to Rank 18	Will be downgraded if the nick is not active in the chat for 10 hours in the last 60 days.

*** The AWAY Time in the chat will not be included when the time is calculated.
